The relevance of the Four Cs skills (critical thinking and problem solving, communication, cooperation, creativity invention) in twenty-first century inspired this study. One efforts to achieve goal is through application Research-Based Learning (RBL) model high school physics learning. purpose study was determine effectiveness RBL improve students' skills. type research used R D using Plomp development design which focused on assessment phase. data collection instrument for four an critical collaboration, creativity, innovation. This developed by referring Preparing 21st Century Students A Global Society: An Educator's Guide “Four Cs”. Data Analysis Student Skills carried out measuring percentage achievement comparing frequency acquired with total number frequencies average problem-solving reached 80, 21%, communication 82, 17%, collaboration 11%, innovation 79, 36%. research-based learning methodology found be successful increasing during evaluation
